Terms  -  A rental deposit equal to 50% of the total rental amount along with a $250.00 damage deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.  We will send you a receipt for your deposit and an information sheet within 15 days of your booking.

Our cancellation policy provides a full refund if the cancellation is made 30 days prior to the date of  intended stay. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your stay, you will forfeit the rental deposit unless we are able to rebook the accommodations. Damage deposits will be returned in full immediately in the  event of a cancellation and within 10 days of the end of completed stays.

Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 11 am. For weekly rentals during July and August, check-in is Saturday after 4 pm,  check-out is on the following Saturday by 11 am.
